This privacy policy governs your use of the software application “Personal Database” for mobile devices that is created by Fusion Library.
All data entered by you, the user, is stored on your device’s SD card and in no way shares or stores personal data on any external services or cloud servers.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The application does not use any information entered by the end user.
User Provided Information
This application does not require you to register any private or personal information on using this application.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Only aggregated, anonymized statistical data is periodically transmitted using Google Analytics services to help improve the Application. No personal information is obtained or used.
Device Collected Information
In addition, the Application collects certain device information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system. The sole purpose for gathering this data is for informational purposes only by displaying once the “Device” item is selected from the Main Wheel.
Security
Fusion Library is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and has provided a way to gain that information locally by enabling the user to create an encrypted master password in order to gain access to that data. Unless the device is rooted, all data is hidden within the application’s directory on the SD card where the user or others have no permission to view personal data, other than through the Personal Database application.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
When “Location” item is selected on this Application, it collects precise GPS coordinates information of your mobile device and gives the user, the choice to share your current position by sending a SMS message that includes a Google Map-URL Link or the current postal address if available.
What are my opt-out rights?
You can clear all data entered easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace “Google Play Store”. You also can clear data by pressing the “Clear data” on the application manager inside settings. Each layout also has Remove/Delete buttons or menu selections to remove specific data.
Children
Fusion Library does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children.
